For one evening this November, Historic Downtown McKinney is stepping into another era.

On November 7, Gather On The Square will host an exclusive VIP Cocktail Hour before the Regency Era Masquerade Harvest Ball, creating an elegant beginning to an evening filled with music, dancing, history and a little Regency-era intrigue.

From 5:30–6:30 PM, VIP guests will gather at Gather On The Square for a curated pre-ball experience designed to set the tone for the night ahead.

Guests can enjoy a welcome cocktail, elegant light bites, a professional portrait, time with the evening’s musicians and a glimpse into the music, traditions and social world that inspired Regency-era balls.

Then, as the cocktail hour comes to a close, the evening transitions into a candlelit night of dancing.

More Than a Ball — A Downtown McKinney Experience

The Regency Era Masquerade Harvest Ball brings several McKinney organizations and community partners together to create an experience that feels far removed from an ordinary night out.

The event is a collaboration between the Heard-Craig Center for the Arts and McKinney Repertory Theatre, with music by Mad Robin and callers presented through the North Texas Traditional Dance Society.

Gather On The Square, an initiative of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, is proud to host the VIP Cocktail Hour and serve as the starting point for the evening.

It is exactly the kind of experience Gather was created for — bringing people, organizations and ideas together in the heart of Historic Downtown McKinney.

Your Invitation to Arrive Early

The VIP Cocktail Hour is designed as more than simply a place to wait for the ball to begin.

It is your opportunity to settle into the evening, meet fellow guests, enjoy a cocktail, capture a portrait and learn a little more about the world you are about to step into.

Come dressed for the occasion, raise a glass and begin the night at Gather.
